Biscocho is defined as “baked bread topped with butter and sugar”. The etymology of the word itself is related to the English biscuit and Italian biscotti in that it is derived from the Latin phrase word ‘bis coctus’ which mean “twice-baked”.  Merzci makes this version of biscocho a real treat with the yummy flavor you get from cinnamon spice.
